Since earning a law degree from Democritus University of Thrace, in Greece an LLM on International Commercial Law from Westminster University, in London and passing the Athens Bar Exam 11 years ago, Nayia Antoniou has worked for her own law office in Athens, and previously for two other general practice law firms in Greece. She has handled an array of legal matters, representing the interests of corporate and individual clients on complex issues, transactions, negotiations, agreements and lawsuits mostly deriving from the business law aspect.
Over the last 8 years, her legal practice has increasingly focused on business law and tech-startup law projects, including IP, IT, Internet law, data protection, investment and commercial Agreements. Through the years she has consulted, in English and Greek language, funds, entrepreneurs and businesses continuously having in mind the clients’ best interest and at the same time giving practical creative solutions. Her Moto as a lawyer is to actively listen to what is needed in order to find a legal-wise and business-wise viable solution that the client will feel comfortable with.
